Get in touch

If you have been thinking about this for a while, getting in touch is a reasonable next step. Most people who contact me are not completely sure whether therapy is the right move, and that is fine. An initial conversation is designed to help with exactly that.

The form below asks for your name, how you would like to be contacted, and a brief sense of what is bringing you to therapy. A sentence or two is enough at this stage, and there are no right or wrong answers. I read every form personally and will respond within one working day, usually by email. If it looks like a good fit, I will suggest a time for a free 20-minute consultation call where we can talk things through properly. There is no obligation on either side.

The consultation itself is a conversation, not an assessment. It is a chance for you to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether it feels like the right fit. If you would like to go ahead, we agree a start date and first session time together. If not, that is completely fine.
