Focused ACT

Some people need support to get unstuck but feel that long-term therapy isn't quite the right fit. Focused ACT is built for that. It draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy but works in a much more concentrated way, finding the specific point where things have got stuck and working on that directly. As little as one to four sessions.

Intensive EMDR

A condensed format that fits around a demanding schedule. Rather than weekly sessions over months, intensive EMDR delivers the same clinical rigour in a concentrated block so you can make significant progress without the long-term commitment.
