Who I work with
Most of the men I work with have already tried the practical advice. The productivity systems, the early mornings, the self-help books. They are not short of knowledge or effort. They have built careers on both.
But at some point they have noticed that it is not quite enough. The stress keeps coming back. Sleep does not refresh. The feeling does not shift, and thinking harder about it is not working.
Therapy is not usually their first instinct. But they have reached a point where they recognise that what they have been doing is no longer enough, and that trying something different is not a sign of failure.
